Boomer Rowndyruff PP
Boomer Rowndyruff PP, or simply Boomer, is a shy and friendly robot from the town of Townsville. He was created by the legendary hero, Captain Planet, to help protect the environment and keep the town safe. Boomer is a bit of an outsider, as he doesn't quite fit in with the other animals in the plaza. However, he's always been fascinated by them and loves to watch them play and interact with each other.
